Jose is a passionate entrepreneur who has over 20 years in the financial world. Started out assisting customers meet their financial goals, helped others buy their first home or investment properties, provided business direction to small proprietors and large corporations and has successfully managed large financial institutions.  Jose recently decided to venture into something he has learned to admire throughout his banking career, (LAND DEVELOPMENT) turning his passion into his own business focusing on honesty, quality and satisfaction of his clients. 

Lauriano Garcia, Land Developer 

Lauriano has over 30 years of experience working in the agricultural industry related to farming and vineyard development. Has a multitude of land developments and high expertise in this industry under his belt. Lauriano is passionate about his work and has developed a successful business for over 20 years, has and continues to produced 1000's of jobs for our community and is an entrepreneur with an excellent mind and vision for success.
